THERAPEUTIC SUPPORT FOR YOU
On the outside, it looks like you have it altogether - balancing family, work and life’s demands. But beneath it all, you might feel anxious, stressed, overwhelmed, your exhasted wondering why everything feels so hard when others make it look effortless. Maybe life has thrown its share of challenges your way, you're navigating new difficulties or big life changes, or perhaps self-doubt, low self-esteems and low confidence have weighed on you for a long time and you want to make a change. When you prioritise everyone else’s needs, who supports you? Here, you can set down the weight of holding everything together. Pluralistic counselling is flexible and compassionate, shaped around what you need—whether it’s exploring difficult thoughts and feelings, finding space to process, heal and rebuild after life knocks you down, making positive change for the future, or simply making time to pause and breathe. No judgment, no pressure, no unsolicited advice—just space for you, because you can’t pour from an empty cup.

My Therapeutic Approach
Counselling and therapy is a space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental way. It’s a place where you can work through difficult emotions, find healthier ways to cope, and create positive changes in your life. As a pluralistic therapist, I draw on a range of different approaches to best support you. This means I can adapt to what feels right for you—whether you need a space to talk and be heard, learn new strategies for managing anxiety or stress, or explore deeper patterns from the past. Some approaches focus on understanding your feelings in the present, while others help uncover how past experiences shape who you are today. I work in a way that’s flexible, so that together, we can find your path. Find out more about my therapeutic approach here.
Online
Life is busy, and finding time for yourself can be hard. That’s why I offer online sessions—giving you the flexibility to access support from wherever is convienient and comfortable for you. No travel, no stress—just a safe, welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are.
Neuro affirming
I have experience working with people who are autistic, ADHD, or are otherwise neurodivergent. My counselling approach is rooted in the belief that neurodiversity is something to celebrate, whilst also acknowledging the unique challenges that can come with being neurodiverse and navigating a neurotypical world. I tailor my approach to you and your unique needs and preferences, with the goal of creating a space where you feel understood, accepted, and free to be your authentic self, whatever your neurotype.
Finding the right therapist
I know that choosing the right therapist is such a personal thing and it's difficult to make a decision just by searching online. Thats's why I offer a free, no obligation, 15 minute connection call as an opportunity for us to chat and get a feel for whether we might work well together.
